Camp Kudzu is a nonprofit organization that creates a fun, carefree environment for those living with type 1 diabetes. This is important to The Wax Strip because our founder, Joy Ochoa, and her daughter Mia, both have Type 1 Diabetes. Mia has been fortunate enough to partake in Camp Kudzu, where her own pediatrician has volunteered his time. Help donate to this wonderful organization below.
The Alzheimer’s Association is a voluntary health organization for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Their vision is to one day have a world without Alzheimer’s disease.
